Richard Abedon
Navarro Lowrey
Mr. Abedon leads the Company’s project marketing, leasing, and acquisitions. He also serves as the Company’s licensed real estate broker for Florida. In this capacity, he oversees Navarro Lowrey’s brokerage and asset management services to property owners and corporations in the South Florida market. Prior to joining Navarro Lowrey, he was Vice President of Acquisitions and Development for the Brenner Real Estate Group where he was involved in the acquisition, development, site plan approval, leasing and disposition of residential and commercial assets. Mr. Abedon is engaged in the local community where he serves as a board member of a number of civic and business organizations including the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County, Greater Palm Beach County Chapter of Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, the South Florida and Caribbean Chapter of the Urban Land Institute and the Anti-Defamation League of Florida. Mr. Abedon is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a LEED Accredited Professional. He is also a graduate of Tufts University and earned a MBA from Boston University.



Humberto Alonso, Jr.
PBS&J
Humberto P. Alonso Jr. oversees the Firm’s Client Service, Business Development and Community Involvement activities in South Florida. In this role, Humberto guides the Firm’s professionals as they take leadership positions in all areas of professional service and community activities. He currently Chair’s the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce’s Transportation & Infrastructure Committee. The Committee’s focus on the key areas affecting transportation and infrastructure in South Florida includes; Funding, Regional Coordination, Operational Technologies and Transit. Prior to joining PBS&J, Humberto led the South Florida Water Management District’s Service Center organization. A group of nine local/regional offices located throughout the District’s 16 County area. He worked very closely with and in collaboration with all of the region’s key public Agencies as well as public and elected officials. During his tenure as Director of the Broward Service Center, Humberto worked with County water resources staff to developed and initiate the District’s support for Broward County’s Integrated Water Resource Plan (IWRP). The resultant District support for surface/ground water modeling of the Broward’s secondary canal system in the North, Central and South areas is better known for their acronyms; NADA,CADA and SADA. Humberto is also past Chairman of the Biscayne Bay Regional Restoration Coordination Team (BBRRCT), the principal advisory team to the multi-agency Working Group of the Ecosystem Restoration Task Force. During his tenure as Chair of the BBRRCT Humberto undertook a multi-year effort to develop the Team’s first Work Plan for the protection and restoration of Biscayne Bay. Humberto’s 29 years of professional experience span the private and public sector in the areas of commercial development, school planning and construction, water resource planning, regional coordination and transportation. Humberto has a Bachelor Degree in Architecture and a Masters Degree in Business Administration, including membership in The Beta-Gamma-Sigma Honor Society, from the University of Miami.



Mark Anderson

Mark Anderson is an Investment Associate with the Lansing, Lacy, Hutcheon & Associates practice of Merrill Lynch Global Wealth Management. Mark is an Economics and General Management graduate of Boston College and a lifelong resident of Palm Beach Gardens. Lansing, Lacy Hutcheon & Associates offer innovative strategies and a broad spectrum of financial solutions tailored to the unique needs of high net worth families, private foundations and non-profit institutions. The practice is one of twelve nationally recognized Institutional Philanthropic Groups within Merrill Lynch. In partnership with the Merrill Lynch Center for Philanthropy &Nonprofit Management, Lansing, Lacy, Hutcheon & Associates strive to bridge the gap between philanthropic high net worth families and charitable organizations. Mark is responsible for business initiatives including banking services, credit, and qualified pension plans. Further, Mark supports the team’s private client practice and serves on the Lansing, Lacy, Hutcheon & Associates Investment Strategy Committee.



David Baker
Alley Maass Rogers & Lindsay
David Baker is a vice president and shareholder of Alley, Maass, Rogers & Lindsay, P.A., a 50+ year old law firm in Palm Beach, Florida . He practices primarily in the areas of finance and real estate. Mr. Baker is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Grand Bank & Trust of Florida, a West Palm Beach community bank established in 1999. Mr. Baker was Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches in 1993.



Linda Barnette
Quest Contracting Services
Linda Barnette has joined Quest Contracting Services, a Division of Autobuilders, Inc. as the Strategic Business Development Executive. Quest specializes in general commercial construction, design/build and renovation services, and utilizes AutoBuilders’ many years of experience and expertise. Her recent experience includes her position with ProActive Training and Consulting where she trained business owners and non sales professionals how to generate new business through effective networking, re-engineering the Sales experience by understanding what really matters to prospects, and utilizing her “giving” business philosophy.



Ana Mercedes Barreto
Arrigo Dodge Chrysler Jeep
Ana Mercedes Barreto is Native of Chicago and a Florida resident since 1992. She serves as the Director of Five Star at Arrigo Dodge Chrysler Jeep. She has held several positions at Arrigo in the last seven years. Barreto participates in Eco-Going Green events throughout the South Florida area promoting a clean environment through the use of fully electric vehicles, such as the GEM car. Barreto is also a member of the Professional Advisory Council at Northwood University, and participates in a mentoring program with the Lady Seahawks (woman’s basketball team) at Northwood.



William Berger

William Berger was born in New York City. He is admitted to practice in the State and Federal Courts of Florida and New York, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States. He earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Buffalo. Berger has been practicing for more than 25 years, concentrating in the areas of commercial, domestic, probate, trust, real estate, title insurance and construction litigation matters and general business law.



Chrystal Bronson
McGladrey & Pullen, LLP
Chrystal Bronson is a general services Supervisor for McGladrey & Pullen, LLP, a leading national CPA firm focused on meeting the audit and accounting needs of midsized companies, serving clients from approximately 100 offices across the United States. Mrs. Bronson has over 5 years of audit and accounting experience and specializes in audits of private entities in various industries, including manufacturing, construction, real estate and distribution. She has earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University.



Jill Burgess
Cleveland Clinic Florida Health and Wellness
Jill Burgess is the Administrator for the Cleveland Clinic Florida Health and Wellness Center located in West Palm Beach. She is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University, and worked in several other areas of healthcare prior to joining the Cleveland Clinic Florida team in 1999. Cleveland Clinic Florida is a not-for-profit, multi-specialty group practice and is part of the Cleveland Clinic Health System. Cleveland Clinic Florida’s Health and Wellness Center is a 25, 000 square foot facility offering everything from preventive care to advanced diagnostics and treatment. The Health and Wellness Center has physicians representing cardiology, colorectal surgery, gynecology, endocrinology, internal medicine, neurology, and urology. In addition, physicians from several specialties rotate from Weston to West Palm Beach. Patient care is coordinated between the Health and Wellness Center and Cleveland Clinic Florida’s academic medical campus in Weston. The Health and Wellness Center offers 22 patient exam rooms and state-of-the-art on site diagnostic services including bone density, digital mammography, ultrasound, general x-ray, stress testing, echocardiography, MRI, and CT scanning. All physicians are board certified and utilize a sophisticated electronic medical record, which supports Cleveland Clinic’s collaborative approach to healthcare.



Davide Carbone
St. Mary's Medical Center
Davide M. Carbone joined St. Mary’s as chief executive officer in July 2006. Davide is a well respected health care executive in South Florida and is known for his wealth of experience, integrity and dedication to quality and excellence. Davide comes to St. Mary’s from HCA, where he served as vice president for operations and market initiatives for the East Florida Division. Prior to that, he served as president and chief executive officer for Aventura Hospital and Medical Center from 1992 until 2005. Davide’s 26 years of health care experience includes serving in senior management positions with Humana, Inc., Sun Bay Hospital , Westside Regional Medical Center and Orange Park Medical Center . He holds a master’s degree in health administration from Duke University and a bachelor of arts degree in biology from Clark University .
