What is Executive Orientation Palm Beaches?
Executive Orientation is an exclusive introduction to Palm Beach County for CEOs, C-suite leaders and senior executives who are new to the county or new to their leadership roles led by The Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches.
Over four months, The Chamber connects participants with the people, institutions and experiences they need to understand the Palm Beaches, build meaningful relationships and become part of the business and civic community.
Sessions explore county and municipal government, economic development, workforce and education, real estate and construction, healthcare and human services, arts, culture and tourism, constitutional offices and public safety, and the executive leadership network of the Palm Beaches.
The program is intentionally designed to be short, high-level and impactful, recognizing the demands on today’s senior executives.
Who Should Apply?
Executive Orientation Palm Beaches is designed for CEOs, presidents, C-suite leaders and other senior executives who have recently relocated to Palm Beach County or assumed a significant new leadership role here.
Participation is limited to approximately 25 executives, creating an intimate environment where meaningful relationships can develop.
Spouses and partners will be invited to participate in select experiences.

Spouses and partners are welcome to participate in Sessions 1–7. The closing Chamber Trustee Luncheon is reserved for executive participants.

Go behind the scenes with Palm Beach County’s constitutional officers and public-safety leaders to understand the essential institutions serving the county.
Conclude the program alongside Chamber Trustees and senior business leaders, creating a bridge to continued relationships, engagement and access.
Executive Orientation Palm Beaches
Participation is limited to approximately 25 executives. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and accepted participants will be invoiced following acceptance.
Chamber Member: $1,750
Non-Member: $2,250
Spouse/Partner: $750
Executive Orientation Palm Beaches is designed as a cohort experience. Participants are encouraged to attend all sessions to receive the greatest value from the program and build meaningful relationships with their fellow executives.

The recent networking event was wonderful. I was able to connect with a variety of local business owners and everyone was friendly and professional. The Chamber Tourism Task Force is a great opportunity to share with and learn from others in the tourism industry in Palm Beach County.
