Leadership PAC is the political action committee of The Chamber. It exists to support candidates and initiatives that align with the Chamber’s mission to advance economic growth, good governance, and a strong business climate across Palm Beach County.
Comprised of respected business and civic leaders, Leadership PAC helps shape the political landscape by engaging in candidate interviews, reviewing key policy issues, and making strategic endorsements in select local and regional races.
Leadership PAC operates independently from The Chamber or any political party and evaluates candidates based on their ability to advance practical, pro-business solutions.
Chairman: Harvey Oyer
Harvey Oyer is an attorney, author, and fifth-generation Floridian with deep roots in Palm Beach County. A widely respected civic leader and historian, he has been a strong advocate for business and community advancement throughout his career. As Chairman of Leadership PAC, Harvey helps guide The Chamber’s political engagement with a focus on integrity and long-term impact.
