What began as a family business founded by Jose and Vicky Pradere in 1972 has grown into one of the South Florida’s leading workplace furniture and design firms. Today, Co-Principals Jenny Pradere and Michelle Pradere Noriega continue that legacy, guiding organizations through every stage of designing modern, functional work environments.

When The Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches began planning the redesign of its headquarters, it was looking for more than new furniture. The goal was to create a welcoming, collaborative space that reflects The Chamber’s mission of connecting business leaders and serving the Palm Beach County business community.
Pradere worked closely with The Chamber to bring that vision to life. The redesigned headquarters features thoughtfully selected furnishings throughout the office, with each workspace showcasing a different collection from Pradere’s portfolio of premium workplace brands. The result is a modern, functional environment designed to support meetings, collaboration, member engagement, and day-to-day operations.
The partnership also created a unique opportunity for the business community. The Chamber’s headquarters now serves as a working model, allowing business leaders to experience a variety of workplace solutions firsthand while visiting for meetings, events, or networking opportunities.
To celebrate the completion of the project, The Chamber hosted a ribbon cutting and workplace unveiling, welcoming members, community leaders, and business professionals to tour the newly transformed headquarters and recognize the partnership.
